1. Rental Items
Containers, furniture, generators, fences, mobile toilets, and other equipment specified on the website or in the contract are available for rent.
All rental items are the property of “Noma Plus” and are leased to the client for a fixed period.
2. Rental Period
The minimum rental period is determined according to the specific product description or by mutual agreement.
The rental period begins when the equipment is handed over to the client and ends upon its return or collection.
3. Rental Fee and Payments
The rental fee is calculated according to the price list available on the website or by individual agreement.
Payment must be made in advance or according to the invoice terms, unless otherwise agreed.
If the equipment is not returned on time, an additional fee will be charged for each overdue day.
4. Delivery and Installation
Delivery is provided by “Noma Plus” for an additional fee.
The client is responsible for ensuring access to the delivery site (e.g., road surface, entry possibilities, space dimensions).
If installation or assembly is required, it will be carried out under a separate agreement.
5. Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for the correct use and preservation of the rented items throughout the rental period.
For damages, losses, or complete loss of equipment, the client must compensate the actual repair or replacement costs.
The client is prohibited from transferring rental items to third parties without written permission from “Noma Plus.”
6. Return
The equipment must be returned clean and in the same condition as it was provided, considering normal wear and tear.
If the equipment is returned dirty or damaged, an additional fee for cleaning or repair will be charged.
7. Cancellation and Changes
Order cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before delivery. Otherwise, a penalty of up to 50% of the order amount may be applied.
Changes to the order are possible by mutual agreement.
8. Force Majeure
“Noma Plus” is not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by force majeure circumstances (e.g., severe weather, traffic restrictions, unforeseen events).
9. Dispute Resolution
All disputes are resolved through negotiation. If this is not possible, disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
